Craft behind the ramen

We build the soup through extraction and balance, tune noodle hydration and cooking time, then layer aromatics and flavored oils in small touches so fragrance rises naturally.

Rice bowls such as sea urchin and salmon roe get the same care—from ingredient selection through prep—as our ramen. Our Philosophy page explains how we prep and structure the menu.

What we serve

Alongside shoyu ramen from light to deeply savory, we offer gyoza and karaage on the side.
Please check in-store menus for current items and prices.
